Job Overview

• This is a full-time onsite role for a Porter based in Lagos.
• We are looking for a proactive problem-solver  who will take the stress of travel off our guests' shoulders the moment they arrive, he makes their transition into the hotel room smooth, welcoming, and effortless acting as the first point of contact for international business travelers, local dignitaries, and leisure guests alike.

Key Responsibilties

• Navigate thelogisticsof a busy hotel entrance while making every guest feel likethey’vefinally arrived home.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide a professional "room tour," explaining in-room technology, amenities, and hotel services (spa, gym, dining)
• Ensure the lobby is tidy, organized, and always welcoming.
• Handle urgent guest requests, such as laundry delivery, mail distribution, andassistingwiththe Front Desk during peak check-in/check-out "rushes."

Requirements

• SSCE or Ordinary National Diploma (OND) is required
• Fluent in English with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with a diverse, international clientele
• High level of trustworthiness anda track recordof handling guest property with care.

Salary
N60,000 monthly.
