Associates Consulting Limited - Our client is a fast-growing indigenous upstream, midstream, and downstream oil and gas group with interests in oil and gas exploration and production, gas processing, petrochemical/fertiliser production, and power generation.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Site Admin

Locations: Akwa Ibom, Delta, Imo & Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to - Head Pipeline, Operations and Projects

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate documentation and proper filing of all project-related documents, including reports, forms, permits and correspondence, maintaining up-to-date records of site activities.
  • Liase with project managers, contractors and other on-site personnel to ensure effective communication and coordination of tasks and activities.
  • Track inventory, order office and site supplies as required and ensure timely delivery of materials to support daily activities.
  • Manage site access, ensuring that visitors and contractors comply with site safety and security protocols. Maintain records of all visitors to the site.
  • Ensure that safety and compliance documentation is up to date and readily available. Support the safety officer in coordinating safety programs and activities on-site.
  • Assist with the scheduling, attendance and payroll records for onsite personnel. Support the HR team in managing staff-related queries.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly administrative reports including progress updates, incident reports and performance tracking.

Qualifications 

  • Degree / HND / OND in any course.
  • Minimum of 4 - 5 years administrative experience at a construction site.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Skills in office productivity software. e.g., MS Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
