Honda Manufacturing (Nig.) Limited ("HMN"), founded in 1979, is a leading participant in Nigeria's power products sector and a division of Honda Motor Co., Japan. HMN manufactures and distributes a wide range of motorbikes, portable generators, water pumps, and general-purpose engines from its cutting-edge production facility at KM 6 on the Ota-Idiroko Road in Ota, Ogun State.

Job Title: Customer Service Technical Supervisor (Service Technician)

Role Overview

• We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Technician with high capability to deliver high-quality training programs for motorcycle and power product repairs.
• The ideal candidate should possess practical experience in these fields and the ability to effectively teach and mentor others.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs on motorcycle and power product repair.
• Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and practical exercises.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
• Provide hands-on training and demonstrations to individuals and groups.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to ensure training content is current.
• Support trainees with ongoing mentorship and guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Trade test certification or equivalent qualifications in motorcycle and power product repair.
• Extensive knowledge and practical experience in motorcycle and power product repair.
• Proven experience as a trainer or educator in a technical field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and make them accessible to learners.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
