Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • A Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.
  • The role involves identifying customer needs, presenting suitable products or services, and consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Keep records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
  • Good interpersonal and relationship management skills

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 per month.
