Job Summary

• As the Human Resource Manager, you will oversee HR operations, drive talent management strategies, and ensure compliance with labor laws while supporting organizational growth and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and internal policies
• Oversee payroll coordination, staff records, and HR reporting
• Drive employee engagement, training, and organizational development initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably within the healthcare sector
• Professional certification, such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI, is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR operations, and employee relations.

Salary
N350,000 – 400,000 Monthly.
