Job Title: Consultant (Ophthalmologist)

Job Summary

• As the Consultant Ophthalmologist, you will provide specialized eye care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and surgical interventions, while ensuring high standards of patient care and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of eye conditions and diseases
• Perform ophthalmic surgeries and procedures in line with best clinical practices
• Conduct patient consultations, examinations, and follow-up care
• Collaborate with medical teams to ensure comprehensive patient management
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with medical regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) with specialization in Ophthalmology
• Fellowship certification such as FWACS, FMCOphth, or equivalent is mandatory
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a practicing ophthalmologist
• Valid MDCN license and strong knowledge of clinical protocols
• Excellent diagnostic, surgical, and patient management skills

Salary
N1,500,000 – N2,000,000 Monthly.
