Job Title: Waiter / Waitress

Role Summary

• Deliver an elegant and attentive dining experience by presenting menus, taking accurate orders, serving food and beverages promptly, and ensuring each guest feels warmly looked after throughout service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests professionally, present menus, explain specials, and guide guests on food and beverage selections.
• Take accurate orders using the approved POS or order pads and communicate them clearly to the bar and kitchen teams.
• Serve food and drinks to Kalina presentation standards, checking quality, timing, table setup, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain clean, polished, and fully prepared stations, including side stands, cutlery, glassware, and condiment setup.
• Handle guest concerns calmly and escalate issues promptly where required.
• Process bills correctly, follow cash handling rules, and ensure tables are reset quickly after use.

Requirements & Competencies

• Candidates should possess a minimum of HND with 1-2 years experience
• Previous restaurant or hospitality service experience preferred.
• Strong grooming, poise, communication, and guest service etiquette.
• Ability to work under pressure during peak periods while remaining courteous and detail-oriented.
• Basic numeracy and confidence with POS systems or order-taking processes.

Salary
N70,000 - N150,000 / Month.
