We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Lagos City, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and overall condition of buildings and facilities
• Ensure all systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) are functioning efficiently
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
• Manage facility budgets, expenses, and cost control measures
• Supervise maintenance staff, contractors, and service providers
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Coordinate space planning, office layout, and renovations when necessary
• Monitor security systems and ensure the safety of the premises
• Handle vendor management, contracts, and service agreements
• Prepare reports on facility performance and recommend improvements.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 / month.
