Job Overview

• We are seeking a competent and reliable Technical Personnel to support the maintenance and smooth operation of its facilities.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling technical issues, carrying out repairs, and ensuring all systems function efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair of electrical and plumbing systems
• Diagnose faults and carry out effective troubleshooting
• Ensure all equipment and systems are functioning optimally
• Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
• Respond promptly to technical faults and emergencies
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Personnel, Electrician, or Plumber
• Basic knowledge of electrical and/or plumbing systems
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Relevant technical certification is an added advantage

Salary
N90,000 - N100,000 monthly.
