Job Title: Inventory / Asset Control Officer (Spare Parts)
Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos

Job Summary
- We are urgently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable officer to manage spare parts inventory and company assets within our transport and logistics operations.
- The role ensures availability of critical vehicle parts, proper storage, and accurate record-keeping to support efficient fleet operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store vehicle spare parts properly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure store
- Issue spare parts for maintenance with proper approval and documentation
- Monitor stock levels and ensure critical parts are always available
- Track fast-moving and slow-moving items
- Conduct regular stock counts and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain records of fleet assets (vehicles, tools, equipment)
- Track movement and usage of parts and assets
- Prepare all inventory and usage reports
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and support audits.
Requirements
- OND / HND / BSc in a relevant field
- 4 - 6 years’ experience in inventory/storekeeping roles
- Industry experience in transport, logistics, fleet management, or automotive spare parts is required
- Good knowledge of vehicle spare parts and inventory processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Honest, reliable, and able to work independently.
