Job Title: Data Entry / Cost Control Personnel

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

• Record, monitor, and analyze operational data relating to stock, recipes, purchases, transfers, and consumption in order to support accurate cost control and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter purchase, stock, transfer, usage, and sales-related data accurately into approved systems and reports.
• Update cost sheets, recipe costing templates, stock cards, and consumption records.
• Track variances between physical stock, theoretical usage, and reported figures.
• Support daily and weekly inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare concise cost control reports highlighting wastage, unusual usage, and potential leakages.
• Maintain orderly filing of invoices, GRNs, internal issue notes, and supporting records.

Requirements & Competencies

• Proficiency in Omega software
• Strong spreadsheet and data entry skills with high accuracy.
• Experience in inventory control, cost control, accounting support, or store administration preferred.
• Strong computer and IT knowledge is an added advantage
• Good numerical reasoning and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential operational and financial data responsibly.
• Hospitality or food business exposure is an advantage.
