Our line of frozen products has expanded to include the finest quality of chicken, potatoes, cheese, vegetables, seafood, and ice cream products in the market.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Female Cashier

Location: Abeokuta, Ogun

Job Summary

• The Cashier will be responsible for handling cash transactions, supporting indoor sales operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring proper inventory control.
• The role requires proficiency in ERP systems, attention to detail, and strong accountability in managing company funds and stock.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive payments (cash, POS, transfers) and issue receipts to customers.
• Process and post daily sales transactions on the ERP system accurately.
• Handle indoor sales activities and attend to walk-in customers.
• Receive goods into the warehouse and ensure proper documentation in the system.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Reconcile physical stock with system records and report discrepancies.
• Prepare and deposit daily cash collections into the bank.
• Generate and submit daily sales reports to the Head Office.
• Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of financial and inventory documents.
• Support periodic audits and compliance checks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier/stock area.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND/BSc in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in cashiering and indoor sales.
• Proven experience using ERP systems for sales posting and inventory management.
• Strong numerical and reconciliation skills.
• High level of integrity and accountability.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
