Job Title: Purchaser

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Role Summary

• Source and procure goods and services for Kalina efficiently, cost-effectively, and on time while maintaining supplier discipline, quality standards, documentation, and value for money.

Key Responsibilities

• Source approved suppliers and obtain competitive quotations for operational, food, beverage, and general supply needs.
• Prepare and process purchase requests and orders in line with approval procedures.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms while protecting quality standards.
• Coordinate with storekeeping, kitchen, bar, and finance teams to ensure accurate purchasing based on actual needs.
• Track supplier performance, pending orders, short deliveries, and quality issues.
• Maintain complete procurement records, including quotations, approvals, delivery notes, and supplier contacts.

Requirements & Competencies

• Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain support preferred.
• Good negotiation skills, commercial judgment, and vendor management ability.
• Strong organization, documentation, and follow-through.
• Good understanding of price comparison, stock planning, and purchasing controls.
• Hospitality or restaurant procurement exposure is an advantage.

Salary
N70,000 - N150,000 per month.
