Job Title: Floor Supervisor

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

• Lead front-of-house service execution by supervising staff, maintaining service standards, resolving guest issues, and ensuring seamless coordination between the floor, reservations, bar, and kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise hosts, waitstaff, runners, and support staff during service shifts.
• Conduct pre-service briefings and ensure the team is groomed, informed, and service-ready.
• Monitor guest experience actively and resolve complaints or service lapses promptly.
• Oversee seating flow, table turns, reservation fulfilment, and overall floor coordination.
• Enforce SOPs, hygiene rules, service etiquette, and opening/closing checklists.
• Prepare shift reports covering staffing, incidents, guest feedback, sales notes, and operational issues.

Requirements & Competencies

• Minimum of HND qualification
• Proven supervisory experience in a restaurant, lounge, hotel, or premium hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and guest recovery skills.
• Good understanding of service standards, POS use, and team coordination.
• Excellent communication and ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Flexible schedule and strong floor presence.

Salary
N70,000 - N150,000 monthly.
