Job Title: Bartender

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

• Prepare and serve beverages to Kalina standards with speed, precision, and style, while maintaining excellent bar presentation, stock discipline, hygiene, and responsible service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to approved recipes, measures, and presentation standards.
• Engage guests confidently, recommend drinks, and support premium upselling where appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar before, during, and after service.
• Monitor bar stock usage, report shortages, and minimize wastage or breakages.
• Follow opening and closing routines, including garnishes, syrups, tools, glassware, and cleaning checklists.

Requirements & Competencies

• Proven bartending experience in a restaurant, lounge, or hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, mixers, glassware, and bar presentation.
• Good numeracy, speed, accuracy, and stock awareness.
• Strong customer service and upselling skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and late-night operations.

Salary
N70,000 - N150,000 monthly.
