Role Summary

• Manage and grow the brand’s online presence by creating engaging content, overseeing social media platforms, analysing performance, and driving audience engagement to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies that align with brand objectives.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms.
• Manage daily interactions, including responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
• Monitor trends, competitor activities, and audience behaviour to inform content strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams
• Track and analyse performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve engagement.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets where applicable.
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms.
• Handle online reputation management and escalate issues when necessary.
• Prepare periodic reports on growth, engagement, and campaign performance.Requirements & Competencies

Requirements & Competencies

• Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong content creation skills (copywriting, basic design, and video editing).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Creativity and a strong sense of current trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and brand awareness.
• Flexible schedule and responsiveness to online engagement needs.
