Role Summary

• Provide operational support to the bar team by restocking, cleaning, preparing service items, and ensuring bartenders can deliver efficient and uninterrupted service.

Key Responsibilities

• Replenish drinks
• Keep the bar back area, store, refrigerators, and preparation counters clean and organized.
• Support opening and closing duties, including setup and stock movement.
• Assist with stock counts, deliveries, and replenishment documentation.
• Observe hygiene, safety, and product handling standards at all times.

Requirements & Competencies

• Previous support role in bar or restaurant operations is an advantage.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move stock safely.
• Strong sense of urgency, cleanliness, and teamwork.
• Reliability, alertness, and willingness to learn bar operations.

Salary
N70,000 - N150,000 monthly.
