Job Title: Talent Acquisition Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles (e.g., drivers, warehouse staff, hub supervisors, corporate roles).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, job requirements, and timelines.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessments.
- Ensure proper documentation and evaluation of candidates in line with company standards.
- Coordinate and manage interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct background and reference checks where required.
- Prepare and issue offer letters and manage the candidate acceptance process.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Support onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition of new hires.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and recruitment best practices.
