Job Title: Territory Development Executive

Job Summary
- Our client is a food solution manufacturer company they produce localized Additives/ enzymes for flour production in the Milling and Pasta Factories.
- We seek a Territory Development executive that will be responsible for driving sales growth, market expansion, and profitability within the assigned territory.
- The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and ensuring effective distribution through dealer networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement territory sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Identify new business opportunities, projects, and market trends to increase sales volume
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts
- Manage and support dealer/distributor networks for effective product penetration
- Conduct regular market visits to drive sales and enhance customer engagement
- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategy
- Lead and motivate a small sales team to achieve high performance
- Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing, and SOPs
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales, collection, and performance reports
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc in a related field
- 2–3 years proven experience in B2B sales/marketing
- Experience managing a team (4–5 people)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
- Role is transferable across Nigeria based on business needs

- Market share growth within territory
- Team performance and productivity
- Timely reporting and collections efficiency.
