Role Overview

  • As a State Coordinator, you will play a critical role in overseeing field activities, managing teams, and ensuring that data collection is executed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage field teams across assigned locations Coordinate and supervise data collection activities to ensure quality and timeliness.
  • Ensure strict adherence to project protocols, methodologies, and ethical standards.
  • Provide real-time support, troubleshooting, and guidance to field staff.
  • Monitor performance and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment with project goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or HND qualification in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in field coordination, experience with training field teams, data collection, or project management.
  • Ability to use a variety of data collection platforms.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem- solving skills including swift escalation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality data and effective field management under tight timelines.
