Multixept Associates Limited an established architectural firm with over 25 years of experience. Founded in Lagos and now headquartered in Abuja, the firm provides architectural, project management, and construction-related services across Nigeria through its group of companies.  Multixept Associates is an architectural and design practice focused on delivering thoughtful, buildable and high-quality design solutions across residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. It operates within an integrated platform spanning architecture, construction and real estate development.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Architect

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Architect is responsible for developing and coordinating architectural designs from concept through construction, ensuring that design intent is clear, buildable and aligned with project objectives.
• The role requires strong technical ability, attention to detail and close coordination with construction teams to ensure effective execution.

Key Responsibilities
Design Development:

• Develop architectural concepts and detailed design drawings, blueprints and 3D models
• Translate project briefs into functional and buildable designs
• Prepare and review construction documentation

Technical Coordination:

• Coordinate with structural, MEP and other consultants
• Ensure all drawings are complete, accurate and aligned
• Resolve design issues during construction

Construction Support:

• Work closely with Project Managers and Site Engineers
• Respond to RFIs and site queries
• Ensure design intent is maintained during execution

Documentation and Standards:

• Maintain drawing standards and documentation discipline
• Ensure version control and drawing accuracy
• Prepare schedules and specifications

Success Metrics

• Accuracy and completeness of drawings
• Minimal design-related site issues
• Speed of response to site queries
• Alignment between design and execution.

Requirements

• MSc in Architecture compulsory
• 5–8 years of experience in architectural practice
• Excellent use of Revit is important
• Ability to produce detailed working drawings
• Strong understanding of construction processes
• Ability to read and coordinate engineering drawings.
