Role Overview

  • We are seeking experienced Field Supervisors to be engaged on a project-by-project basis to support field operations, oversee enumerators, and ensure efficient and accurate data collection.
  • As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for directly managing field teams, ensuring adherence to data collection protocols, and maintaining the highest standards of data quality and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate enumerators during field activities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data collection in line with project guidelines.
  • Monitor field work progress and provide real-time feedback and support.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or HND qualification in a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of experience in field supervision, data collection, or related roles.
  • Proven experience as a field interviewer.
  • Experienced in Public Affairs / Social Research Studies
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage teams effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Conduct spot checks and quality control to ensure data reliability.
  • Troubleshoot field challenges and escalate issues where necessary.
  • Maintain clear documentation and reporting of field activities.
