- We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to drive people strategy, enhance workforce performance, and ensure compliance across operations.
Job Summary
- The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading and executing HR strategies across the company’s operations, ensuring alignment between business objectives and people strategy.
- The role involves driving organizational performance, employee engagement, compliance, and talent development in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
- The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring HR policies and practices align with business goals, industry standards, and operational needs while fostering a high-performance culture and positive employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and growth
- Advise management on workforce planning, organizational design, and change initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and collaborate with department heads to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and a positive organizational culture through effective HR initiatives.
- Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Lead performance management processes, including KPIs, appraisals, feedback systems, and performance improvement plans.
- Identify training needs, coordinate learning and development programs, and support succession planning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies while maintaining accurate HR records, documentation, and payroll processes.
- Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics, and collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and regulatory bodies to support business operations.
Requirements
- First Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, CIPD) is an added advantage.
- Experience in procurement, construction, or related industries is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and performance management systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
