Regional Head, South South / South East at Stockgap Fuels Limited

Stockgap Fuels Limited is a leading oil and gas company operating in Nigeria’s downstream sector with its head office in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. To meet the growing demand of Nigeria’s Market, Stockgap Fuels Limited is expanding its LPG business by investing on additional storage and cylinder filling facility in 4 strategic locations spanning major regions of the country - Lagos/South-West, South-South/South-East, North-Central/North-West and North-East regions respectively.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Regional Head, South South / South East

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver regional revenue, volume, and margin targets
• Drive household, Enterprise, and retail LPG sales growth
• Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with HQ strategy
• Identify new business and growth opportunities
• Provide leadership oversight for dealers and depot operations
• Ensure uninterrupted LPG supply and efficient distribution
• Enforce SOPs for refilling, cylinder handling, safety, and customer service
• Monitor KPIs: sales volumes, losses, downtime, and service quality
• Serve as the senior regional interface with regulators and community leaders
• Lead and develop regional management and field teams
• Set performance targets and conduct regular reviews
• Identify, in consultation with HR, training needs for operations, safety, and customer service and acquisition.
• • Build a strong, accountable, and values-driven regional culture.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• MBA or master’s degree (an advantage)
• 8–12 years total experience in sales, commercial, or distribution roles
• Minimum 4–6 years in a leadership role managing regional or multi-location sales teams
• Proven experience in one or more of the following sectors:
  • LPG / downstream oil & gas
  • FMCG distribution, telecom, Banking
  • Logistics / last-mile delivery
• Demonstrated track record of:
  • Driving revenue growth and market expansion
  • Building and managing dealer/distributor networks
  • Executing go-to-market strategies at a regional scale

Salary
N900,000 - N2,000,000 / Month.
