Job Title: Runner

Role Summary

• Support smooth service flow by delivering food and beverages swiftly from the kitchen and bar to guests, assisting service staff, and maintaining cleanliness and readiness across the restaurant floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect food and drink orders from the kitchen or bar and deliver them promptly to the correct tables.
• Check dishes for completeness, garnish, table numbers, and presentation before leaving the pass.
• Support waitstaff with table clearing, resetting, water service, bread service, and replenishment of service items.
• Keep service stations, pass areas, and guest areas neat, stocked, and free from clutter.
• Assist in communicating urgent service needs between the floor, kitchen, and bar.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and handling standards for plates, trays, and glassware.

Requirements & Competencies

• Restaurant support experience is an advantage, but not essential.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to stand and move quickly for long periods.
• Strong teamwork, alertness, and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude at all times.
• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent.

Salary
N70,000 - N150,000 monthly.
