We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Logistics Manager

Location: Umungasi, Abia 
Job type: Contract

Job Summary

• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the movement, storage, and distribution of CNG and NGL products from the plant to customers.
• The role ensures efficient product evacuation, optimal fleet utilization, regulatory compliance, and cost-effective logistics operations while maintaining high safety standards.

Job Details

• Coordinate daily dispatch and delivery operations; manage fleet scheduling, routing, and utilization; ensure timely and efficient product evacuation; monitor and optimize logistics costs and performance; ensure compliance with transportation and regulatory requirements; manage third-party logistics providers and contractors; maintain logistics records and reporting; support planning for storage and inventory management; drive continuous improvement in logistics efficiency and service delivery.
• Ensure safe transportation, handling, and storage of CNG and NGL products; enforce compliance with HSE standards and transport safety regulations; ensure vehicle safety checks and driver compliance; implement emergency response procedures for transport incidents; promote safety awareness among logistics personnel and contractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field; relevant professional certifications in logistics or supply chain are an added advantage.
• 5–8 years of experience in logistics within oil and gas or similar industries, with exposure to bulk product transportation and fleet management.
