We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (with occasional weekends based on client needs)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, closing high-value deals, and building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Oversee property sales from lead generation to closing.
  • Train and coach sales executives for improved performance.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing to generate quality leads.
  • Handle key client negotiations and high-value transactions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Monthly / quarterly revenue targets.
  • Number of property sales closed.
  • Lead conversion rate.
  • Team performance and productivity.
  • Client acquisition and retention.

Requirements
Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA is an added advantage.

Experience:

  • 3–5 years in sales (real estate preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience managing a sales team.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Abuja real estate market is a plus.
