Job Title: Sales Manager

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (with occasional weekends based on client needs)
Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and develop effective sales strategies.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, closing high-value deals, and building a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Oversee property sales from lead generation to closing.
- Train and coach sales executives for improved performance.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- Collaborate with marketing to generate quality leads.
- Handle key client negotiations and high-value transactions.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly / quarterly revenue targets.
- Number of property sales closed.
- Lead conversion rate.
- Team performance and productivity.
- Client acquisition and retention.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA is an added advantage.
Experience:
- 3–5 years in sales (real estate preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience managing a sales team.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Abuja real estate market is a plus.
