A Vocational Training Centre (VTC) to be opened in Ekiti State to provide training in the following fields: Catering & Event Management, Computer Hardware / Phone Repair, Cosmetics Production, Handcraft/Jewelry Making, Crop Processing /Vegetable Production, Metal Fabrication & Welding Practices, Painting, Art & Craft/Decoration, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Auto Electronics & Mechanical Work, Electrical Wiring/Motor Rewinding, livestock Production, Carpentry & Joinery, Block Laying & Tiles Laying, Fashion Designing.

We requires experienced, self-motivated, aggressive, dynamic and result- oriented individuals with good communication skills to bring the vision of the Centre alive. Candidates must be willing to work flexible hours.

1.) Centre Administrator

Job Ref: CA01

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership for the centre
  • Coordinate all activities of the centre
  • Ensures goals & objectives of the centre are met
  • Effective management of mess human and material
  • Ensure security of life and promptly
  • Provide monthly management & financial reports to the Board
Qualification
  • Graduate with Business Management. Finance and Accounting bias
  • Minimum 10 years cognitive experience in management/administration
  • Must be computer literate
  • Fluency in Yoruba is an added advantage.

2.) Centre Administrator Assistant

Job Ref: CA02

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist the Centre Administrator in the day to day management of the centre.
  • Responsible for maintaining student, financial and administrative records.
  • Manage procurement and general logistics
Qualification
  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Management or Finance
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in management
  • Must be computer literate
  • Fluency in Yoruba is an added advantage.

3.) Volunteer Instructors

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver training to students
  • Develop curriculum and design teaching and instructional materials
  • Plan, supervise, test arid evaluate the work and achievement of students in technical knowledge and skills
  • Motivate students to perform and encourage self appraisal
  • Enforce rules, regulation and procedures of the Centre among the students
Qualification
  • Minimum of Bachelors degree / HND, in the relevant fields with regards to the Vocational courses on offer.
  • City & Guilds certification would be an added advantage
  • Minimum 5 years experience in practical and theoretical training of students
  • Experience in Technical training is an advantage
  • Must be computer literate
  • Fluency in Yoruba is an added advantage.
