Job Title: Project Quantity Surveyor - Construction

Location: Lagos

Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Quantity Surveyor - Construction, based in Lagos. The role involves conducting cost estimations, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and managing project budgets.
• Responsibilities include planning and monitoring costs, creating detailed cost reports, and ensuring adherence to budgets and project timelines.
• The Project Quantity Surveyor will collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within financial constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
• Experience in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Skilled in generating and analyzing Cost Reports
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Proficient in construction project management software and tools
• Relevant certifications or licenses in quantity surveying are an advantage.
