Job Title: Project Planner - Construction
Location: Lagos
Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Planner - Construction, located in Lagos. The Project Planner will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment with project timelines.
- The role involves analyzing current project performance, managing project controls, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance project efficiency.
- The Project Planner will play a key role in communication and coordination among teams to ensure project objectives are met within budget and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in Planning, Scheduling, and Project Control
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret and utilize project data
- Excellent Communication skills for effective stakeholder management and reporting
- Knowledge of construction processes and project lifecycles is a plus
- Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous
- Proficiency in project planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) is a strong asset.
