We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality Control / Quality Assurance (QA/QC) Manager

Location: Lagos

Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a QAQC (Quality Assurance and Quality Control) Manager in Lagos.
• The QAQC Manager will oversee quality management processes across construction projects, ensure compliance with relevant standards, and lead quality inspections.
• Responsibilities include developing quality control plans, supervising project teams to ensure adherence to quality protocols, conducting audits, and providing technical support to ensure high-quality project delivery. Collaboration with stakeholders and identifying opportunities for process improvement are integral to this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields
• Strong understanding of quality assurance processes, quality control procedures, and industry standards within construction.
• Ability to develop and implement quality control plans, inspection and testing protocols, and process improvement strategies.
• Proficiency in project management, team supervision, and stakeholder communication.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and relevant compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough quality assurance audits.
• Prior experience in a similar QAQC role within the construction industry preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as ISO 9001 or other quality management certifications are considered advantageous.
