We specialize in high-quality farm and factory-processed products, including fresh eggs, poultry (chicken), flour-based products, and seasonings, and also a Laundry and Dry cleaning company.

Job Title: Account Officer

About the Role

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Account Officer to join our Finance Department.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile all financial transactions, including payments, receipts, and journal entries.
• Maintain and update financial records in accounting software.
• Prepare and submit periodic financial reports and statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
• Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring.
• Support internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation.
• Ensure timely remittance of statutory deductions (PAYE, VAT, Pension, etc.).
• Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of all financial documents.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements

• OND in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 1–3 years relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
