About the Role

• We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Healthcare Assistant to support the pharmacist in daily pharmacy operations.
• The role involves assisting with prescription preparation, inventory management, record keeping, and ensuring a clean, well-organised pharmacy environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing prescriptions accurately
• Receive, shelve, rotate, and routinely count medications and supplies to ensure proper inventory control and expiry management
• Maintain accurate daily sales records and support basic operational expense tracking with appropriate approvals
• Respond to customer enquiries and telephone calls, providing general information or directing calls as needed
• Ensure the pharmacy environment, shelves, and work areas are clean, organised, and compliant with operational standards

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Certificate or Degree in a Science-related field with at least 1 year experience
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Prior experience in a pharmacy or pharmaceutical setting is an advantage.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 per month.
