Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Summary

  • Are you a confident communicator and experienced closer with a passion for land sales and investment opportunities? We’re expanding our Sales & Leasing team and are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Leasing Executive (Land) to join our reputable real estate firm.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales of land assets across our portfolio, connecting clients with high-value investment opportunities, and maximizing revenue generation.

Job Description
Sales & Leasing Executive (Land):

  • Profifcient in selling landed property
  • Promote, market, and sell/leasingcommercial properties.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Conduct property viewings, inspections, and negotiations with prospective clients.
  • Prepare and present property proposals,offers, and sales contracts.
  • Ensure proper documentation of agreements and compliance with company policies.

Market Analysis & Strategy:

  • Stay updated on property market trends, pricing, competitor offerings, and investment
    opportunities.
  • Provide strategic recommendations on pricing, marketing strategies, and property positioning to remain competitive.
  • Analyze market data to identify new opportunities for occupancy and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a First Degree in Estate management or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate sales or leasing
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven personality
  • Good knowledge of Lagos Island property market (Ikoyi, Lekki, VI, etc.)
  • Ability to manage relationships and deliver excellent customer service

Bonus Points for:

  • Existing network of buyers, renters, or property owners
  • CRM or digital sales tool experience
  • Real estate certifications or ongoing training.
