We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Manager (HRM)

Location: Rumuomasi Port Harcourt, Rivers

Key Requirements

• Minimum age: 30 years
• Male (preferred for gender balance)
• Must be based in or willing to work in Port Harcourt
• Ready to resume immediately
• Strong passion for marketing and real estate
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor teams
• Deep understanding of targets, KPIs, and commission-based structures

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years marketing experience
• Prior experience in:
• Banking sector
• Insurance marketing
• Real estate (added advantage)
• Strong background in sales strategy, team leadership, and revenue generation
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive property sales and brand visibility
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of marketers and sales executives
• Set clear targets and performance benchmarks for the team
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
• Coach and mentor team members into top-performing marketers
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships and client relationships
• Oversee lead generation, conversion, and closing processes
• Monitor market trends and provide insights for competitive advantage
• Ensure strict adherence to company brand and marketing standards
• Prepare and present performance reports to management.
