Job Title: Maintenance Planner

Job Description
- Schedule all planned maintenance activity at the site. Ensure timely maintenance of all machines and track all activities with appropriate reporting
- Support Team Leaders/Engineers/Technicians through effective follow up to carry out various maintenance activities. Ensure that machines are operated, maintained, distributed and inspected, in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), regulatory requirements and best practices
- Monitor and update inventory of supplies, tools and parts Determine relevant stock levels and organize for their replacements
- Order, receive and supervise required spare parts needed for maintenance activities
- Capture plants maintenance data (losses, cost, breakdown analysis etc.) on a regular basis
- Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry. Verify and correct data, check the source document and update for accuracy.
- Organize, control and ensure proper keeping of equipment performance records, labour and material usage, logbooks etc. Respond to requests for information and provide speedy access to relevant files
- Ensure all documentation complies with the requirements of the International Standard ISO 9001: 2015
- Report any operational disturbance, malfunctions, or abnormalities, and spare parts shortages to the Technical Manager
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Eng., BSC, HND (Electrical Engineering), Electrical/Electronics, Control Engineering, Automation Engineering.
- Professional certifications, such as COREN, NSE, and IEEE, are required
- Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in process automation, preferably in a manufacturing/production environment.
