Job Title: Water Treatment Specialist / Plumber

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• Prestigious Homes Limited is seeking a skilled and reliable Water Treatment Specialist/Plumber to join our Facility Management team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining water systems, ensuring water quality standards, and handling all plumbing-related issues across our residentialproperties.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain water treatment systems (boreholes, filtration, etc.)
• Ensure water quality meets required health and safety standards
• Diagnose and repair plumbing faults, leaks, and blockages
• Install and maintain pipes, fittings, and fixtures
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Respond promptly to facility-related plumbing emergencies
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience
• Proven experience in water treatment systems and plumbing
• Good knowledge of filtration systems, pumps, and water distribution
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and safety standards
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
