Job Title: Sales Manager

Description

  • Digital Bazookas Tech Academy is expanding, and we are looking for a high-performance Sales Manager,not just a manager, but a closer, a leader, and a revenue driver.
  • This is NOT for average performers.
  • This is for a sales-driven professional who delivers results, leads from the front, and takes full ownership.

Role Overview

  • You will lead, manage, and scale a team of Sales Representatives, ensuring consistent revenue growth and high conversion rates.
  • You must be able to work without supervision, take initiative, and drive performance daily.

Key Responsibilties

  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Representatives to hit and exceed targets
  • Build and execute winning sales strategies
  • Track, analyze, and improve team performance metrics
  • Drive lead conversion from prospect to paying client
  • Enforce accountability, no excuses, only results
  • Train, mentor, and push the team to peak performance
  • Personally close high-value deals when necessary
  • Ensure consistent follow-ups and pipeline management.
