Beauty and Bestbrains Company - We host Miss Beauty and Bestbrains International, Entertainment Services, Social Work Services, and General Contracts. We support Women's Empowerment, Entrepreneurship, and Charity through the offices of our reigning Queens. We are also into promotions, modelling, branding, and consulting on social affairs.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Social Worker

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• The Social Worker will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing social impact programs that align with the organization’s mission of empowering women, supporting communities, and promoting social welfare.
• The role involves working closely with pageant queens, partners, and communities to drive meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social impact programs focused on women empowerment, youth development, and community support
• Collaborate with reigning queens to plan and carry out charity events and outreach programs
• Identify community needs and design initiatives to address social challenges
• Provide guidance, counseling, and support to vulnerable individuals and groups
• Build partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, and community leaders
• Organize workshops, seminars, and empowerment campaigns
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of social programs
• Prepare reports, proposals, and documentation for projects and funding
• Represent the organization in social and community-related engagements
• Support branding and awareness campaigns related to social causes

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or related field
• Proven experience in social work, community development, or NGO activities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to organize events and manage projects
• Passion for women empowerment, charity, and social impact
• Good problem-solving and counseling skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
