We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: AI Projects Implementation Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full time

About The Role

• The AI Projects Implementation Officer will support the planning, coordination, and execution of AI-focused programs and projects across Rise Networks’ initiatives.
• The role requires strong project implementation skills, stakeholder coordination, and an understanding of AI, digital transformation, or emerging technologies within development contexts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end implementation of AI and digital innovation projects
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
• Work with internal teams, facilitators, partners, and vendors to ensure smooth execution
• Track project progress and prepare implementation reports
• Support logistics, scheduling, and documentation for AI training programs, workshops, and events
• Assist in monitoring and evaluation of project outcomes
• Ensure projects align with Rise Networks’ values of ethical AI, inclusion, and impact

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Strong interest or background in AI, technology, innovation, or digital development
• 2–4 years experience in project coordination or implementation [NGO, tech, or development sector preferred]
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, project tracking tools, and documentation

Added Advantage:

• Experience working on tech-for-development, AI, or digital skills projects
• Familiarity with AI ethics, policy, or innovation ecosystems
• Experience supporting trainings, bootcamps, or multi-stakeholder programs.
