Job Summary

  • The Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding market presence for solar and energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial markets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and partners
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Promote solar products and energy solutions to potential clients
  • Support contract negotiation and closing deals
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure project delivery
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • 4–7 years’ experience in business development or sales (energy / technical sector preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the Lagos market
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
