Job Title: Technical Service Manager

Location: Calabar, Cross River

Job Summary

• The Technical Service Manager will oversee installation, maintenance, and technical support for solar systems, ensuring quality service delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise installation and maintenance of solar power systems
• Manage technical teams and field engineers
• Ensure proper diagnosis and resolution of technical issues
• Maintain quality standards in service delivery
• Coordinate project execution and timelines
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients and team members
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
• Prepare technical reports and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
• 5–8 years’ experience in solar installation or technical services
• Strong knowledge of solar systems, inverters, and batteries
• Experience managing technical teams
• Problem-solving and analytical skills

Salary
 N400,000/month
