Job Title: Marketing Supervisor

Location: Epe, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and multi-skilled Marketing Supervisor who possesses a valid LASRA certified commercial driving license to join our team.
• This is a unique hybrid role combining field marketing supervision with commercial driving complia
• The successful candidate will oversee marketing campaigns, manage route-to-market activities, and be certified to operate company commercial vehicles in line with LASRA safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate marketing activities (promotions, merchandising, brand visibility) across assigned retail routes.
• Drive commercial vehicles (when required) to execute field demonstrations and supply urgent marketing materials to outlets.
• Ensure all driving activities comply with LASRA (Lagos State Drivers’ Academy) safety and commercial driving regulations.
• Lead a team of merchandisers and brand ambassadors to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide weekly feedback reports.
• Maintain vehicle logs, delivery notes, and marketing inventory.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: OND or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 – 4 years of proven experience in marketing, sales supervision, or field operations (FMCG/food industry preferred).
• Mandatory Certification: Valid LASRA certified commercial driving license (Class C, D, or E as applicable).
• Valid Lagos State Driver’s License (in addition to LASRA certification).
• Ability to drive manual/automatic commercial vehicles safely.

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of Lagos routes and retail food distribution networks.
• Basic digital reporting skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Defensive driving skills with a clean driving record.
