We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Bank Teller / Customer Care Officer (CCO)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Teller/CCO to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer transactions, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring accuracy in all cash-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process cash deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
  • Verify customer information and transaction details
  • Maintain accurate records of daily transactions
  • Address customer inquiries and provide information on banking products and services
  • Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • HND (Upper Credit & Distinction only)
  • Must have completed NYSC
  • Previous banking or customer service experience is an added advantage
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Salary
N200,000 / month + net, 13th Month, Leave Allowance.
