Description

• We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Human Resource Manager to join our growing team in the food distribution sector.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, driving organizational development, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes
• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues effectively
• Design and implement performance management systems
• Handle compensation, benefits, and payroll structure oversight
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Drive training, learning, and development initiatives
• Lead succession planning and workforce planning strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• 5–8 years HR experience, preferably in FMCG or food distribution
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an added advantage.

Salary
N350,000 Monthly (Net).
