We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Lubricant Area Sales Executive
Locations: Abeokuta, Ewekoro, Sango-Ota & Outskirt - Ogun
Responsibilities
- To drive revenue growth across Eterna and Castrol marine, industrial and automotive lubricants segments, strengthen customer relationships, expand market penetration, and ensure disciplined execution of Route- to-Market (RTM) strategies within assigned
- territories.
- Successful candidates will be responsible for managing existing accounts, Identifying new business opportunities across targeted industries and channels, executing approved RTM frameworks, optimizing distribution coverage, and delivering consistent performance against defined sales objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (BSc) in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or any related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' lubricants sales experience.
- Proven experience in lubricant sales is mandatory.
- Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Field technical exposure will be an added advantage
