We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Officer

Location: Mushin, Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: FMCG – Food Distribution

Job Summary 

• We are looking for a competent and experienced Human Resource Officer to support and manage core HR functions within our food distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Handle employee relations and disciplinary processes
• Support performance management and appraisal systems
• Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Coordinate staff training and development initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• Minimum of 2–4 years HR experience, preferably in FMCG/food distribution
• Good knowledge of Nigerian labor laws
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• HR certification (CIPM or related) is an added advantage.

Salary
N150,000 –  N200,000 monthly.
