We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Team Lead

Locations: Akwa Ibom, Benue, Delta, Imo, Kano, Nasarawa, Ogun, Ondo & Taraba
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for proactive and reliable Team Leads to support Supervisors in coordinating daily recycling operations across our locations nationwide.
• The ideal candidate will guide frontline staff, ensure proper handling of electronic materials, maintain accurate records, and uphold safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily recycling activities such as collection, sorting, dismantling, and processing of electronic devices
• Support the Supervisor in managing operational staff and workflow
• Ensure proper handling of mobile phones, televisions, laptops, and USB boards to prevent damage, loss, or mismanagement
• Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of materials
• Enforce environmental, health, and safety procedures
• Monitor productivity and report operational challenges promptly
• Assist in training staff on company processes and compliance standards
• Promote a clean, organized, and secure work environment
• Ensure adherence to company policies and operational guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in a relevant field
• 0–3 years experiencein recycling, warehouse operations, logistics, manufacturing, or electronics handling
• Prior experience in a senior operational role is an advantage
• Basic computer literacy for reporting and inventory is a plus.
