The Role
- We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and results-driven Growth Marketer & Sales Lead who lives and breathes sneaker culture. You will own our customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth — turning sneaker lovers into loyal company’s customers through smart marketing, killer content, and seamless sales & CRM systems.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end marketing and sales strategy — from awareness to repeat purchases.
- Create high-impact content (Reels, TikTok, Instagram) that showcases before/after transformations and drives virality in the sneaker community.
- Manage WhatsApp Business, CRM, and sales funnel to convert leads into paying customers fast.
- Run performance campaigns (Meta Ads, Google, organic growth) with clear ROI tracking.
- Build and nurture community through pop-ups, campus activations, influencer partnerships, and loyalty programs.
- Analyze customer data and sales metrics to optimize pricing, offers, and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure excellent customer experience from pickup to delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years experience in growth marketing, sales, or CRM (e-commerce, lifestyle, or fashion brands preferred).
- Deep understanding of Nigerian sneaker culture and social media trends.
- Proven ability to create scroll-stopping content and run profitable ad campaigns.
- Strong experience with WhatsApp Business, Instagram, TikTok, and standard CRM tools.
- Data-driven mindset — you love numbers and can turn insights into action.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Bonus: Experience in core booking / ticketing, front desk-attendance, community building, pop-up activations, or subscription models.
