We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• The Project Manager will oversee real estate development projects from concept to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• This role requires strong coordination across contractors, consultants, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to ensure high-quality execution of residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage real estate development projects from inception to handover
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Oversee site activities, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to specifications
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards
• Liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors, and government authorities for approvals and execution
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Manage procurement of materials and services
• Ensure quality control and resolve technical or operational issues
• Coordinate inspections and ensure timely project delivery
• Maintain proper documentation of all project activities.

Requirements
Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, Construction Management, or related fields
• 3–7 years of experience in real estate or construction project management
• Proven track record of successfully managing real estate development projects
• Must Live in Abuja
• Should not be Above 35 yrs.

• Strong project planning and organizational skills
• Knowledge of construction processes and real estate development lifecycle
• Budgeting and cost control expertise
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making capability
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
